Shipping Information

We want your Lough & Linen order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Ireland.

Ireland

- Standard delivery: €4.50

- Free delivery on orders over €65

- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

- Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

European Union

We currently deliver to selected EU countries.

- EU delivery: €16

- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

- Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.

All prices shown on our website include Irish VAT where applicable. Orders shipped within the EU should not be subject to customs charges or import duties.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal or courier delays, particularly during busy periods, public holidays or adverse weather.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at loughandlinen@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required before we can resend it.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the items received.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at loughandlinen@gmail.com so that we can investigate this with the delivery provider.

International Delivery

We currently do not offer delivery outside the countries listed at checkout.
